Get to know me

 

 

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 18 years of clinical experience in mental health field providing psychotherapy services to adolescents, adults, couples and families.

 

I earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, followed by 1 year of post-graduate family therapy training program at the Multicultural Family Institute in Highland Park, NJ with emphasis on gender, race and power. Additionally, I  completed comprehensive training in Schema Therapy and am a certified  Advanced Level Schema Therapist. 

 

My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, collaborative & direct. As a skilled therapist, I can help you gain practical skills to overcome worries and fears about the future, learn to free yourself from fear of failure, be able to approach challenging situations with clarity and have a healthy relationship with yourself and others.

In addition to private practice, I am an adjunct faculty in the Humanities Department at Raritan Valley Community College.
