Get to know me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience helping adults, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change.

After earning my master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University, I completed advanced family therapy training at the Multicultural Family Institute in Highland Park, NJ, focusing on gender, race, and power dynamics. I am also certified as an Advanced Level Schema Therapist and credentialing supervisor through the International Society of Schema Therapists (ISST).

My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I work alongside my clients to help them gain insight, self-awareness, and tools to break free from old, self-defeating patterns. Using evidence-based practices like Schema Therapy, I empower clients to heal and create lasting change.

As someone who has been married for 40 years and is the mother of two adult children, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to my work. I understand the energy and commitment it takes to navigate life transitions, break dysfunctional patterns, and create healthier relationships.

Personal growth can be confronting, but it is also deeply rewarding—and I would be honored to walk this path with you. If you’re ready to take the first step, I’m here to help.
